The base of each leaf stalk--approximately the bottom 5 inches--is where the flavor hides in this citrusy herb. Remove the leafy top and woody bottom, strip the tough outer layers, and you'll discover the delicious white inner stalk. Chop or mince and add it to Asian-inspired curries, stir fries, and marinades. Use the discarded lemongrass bits to infuse tea, broth, or soup with citrus flavor. The flavor intensifies the longer you cook lemongrass. Use it fresh, or preserve it by drying or freezing. Lemongrass looks gorgeous growing in containers, raised beds, or in-ground gardens. The best no show socks
The only no show socks I have ever found that do not slide down. These are very comfortable and the extra tab on the back provides comfort by keeping shoes from rubbing the back of your foot. The top of the sock also comes up high enough to cushion the top of your foot all while still remaining hidden while wearing tennis shoes or even with my hey dudes.
